本工程防波堤采用斜坡式结构，防波堤轴线沿规划东港池外边线布置，其中南防波堤长度为1020m。
原海底面高程-13.7～-5.4m，东防波堤长度为1350m（含堤头50m）原海底面高程-13.4～-8.3m；防波堤顶宽10m。堤身段设挡浪墙，墙顶高程9.5m。
